Founded in 1994 and based in Dongguan, Guangdong, China, CACAR integrates R&D, production, sales and service for custom cabinetry, whole-house cabinetry and related project manufacturing requirements.

CACAR has an approximately 130,000 sqm building area. Manufacturing operations are supported by 11 production lines covering cabinetry and related custom furniture production requirements.

Production Lines and Manufacturing Process

The manufacturing process can include material preparation, cutting, edge banding, drilling or CNC processing where applicable, assembly, inspection and packaging. The applicable sequence is coordinated according to the approved product specification and project requirements.

Precision Edge Banding

HOMAG laser edge banding equipment is used in CACAR's edge-banding process to support controlled, precise and consistent edge processing.

Product-Specific Annual Capacity

  • Kitchen cabinets: 180,000 sets/year
  • Wardrobes: 150,000 sets/year
  • Bathroom cabinets: 200,000 sets/year
  • Room doors: 300,000 sets/year

Project scheduling is reviewed according to product mix, construction, finishes, quantity, drawing approval and delivery requirements.

Material and Hardware Coordination

E0- and ENF-grade panel options can be specified according to project requirements, selected materials and available supporting documentation.

Blum, Hettich and other specified hardware options can be coordinated according to the approved project specification and hardware schedule.

Design, Drawing and Documentation Support

Design and drawing coordination support is available according to project scope, available dimensions, drawings and project information. Supporting documents are reviewed according to the selected products, materials, hardware and individual project requirements.

Inspection and Project Manufacturing Coordination

Inspection requirements, checkpoints, packaging and delivery preparation are coordinated according to the approved drawings, specifications, product schedule and agreed project responsibilities.

Warranty and after-sales requirements are confirmed according to product type, hardware specification, project scope and agreed contract terms.
