Straight answers about what custom furniture costs.
Pricing is prepared on a project basis. The approved quotation identifies the included items, specifications, quantities, pricing, and any separately charged services or costs. Changes to design, materials, quantities, shipping, taxes, or site conditions may affect the final amount and require written approval.
Each quotation identifies the included cabinets, components, materials, hardware, packaging, shipping terms, and any separately priced items. Project inclusions and exclusions are governed by the approved quotation and signed contract.
Unless otherwise stated in the approved quotation or signed contract, our standard payment schedule is 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipment.
The 50% deposit is due after the client has given final written approval of the drawings, materials, and pricing.
The 50% balance is due after production, internal quality inspection, and packaging are complete, and after we have provided the mutually agreed pre-shipment documents to the client. Unless otherwise stated in the signed contract, the balance must be received as cleared funds before the goods leave our facility or are handed to the carrier.
Pre-shipment documents may include finished-product photos, finished-product video, quality inspection records, packaging photos, packing list, quantity checklist, and any other documents agreed in the signed contract.
For projects with a higher order value, longer production timeline, phased production, or phased delivery, milestone payments may be arranged in writing and governed by the signed contract. There is no single public threshold or fixed milestone schedule that applies to all projects.
Available payment methods and any eligibility conditions will be stated in the approved quotation or signed contract.
Shipping costs depend on the order volume, destination, shipping method, and market conditions at the time of shipment. We provide a shipping estimate as part of the quotation process. Where door-to-door service is available and agreed in writing, the shipping estimate may include specified customs-clearance or last-mile services. The exact scope and cost are stated in the approved quotation or signed contract.

A written quote covers the items and charges known at the time of quotation. The following may need to be confirmed or added separately: design changes after approval, material or quantity changes, shipping and freight, shipping insurance (where requested or specified), import duties and taxes, customs clearance, destination port charges, last-mile delivery, unloading, installation, and bank charges. Any change that affects cost or timing should be confirmed in writing before it proceeds.
CACAR manufactures in its own production facility. Buyers work directly with the manufacturer. The final price depends on the project scope, materials, hardware specification, finish, order volume, and delivery requirements.
Yes. If you can provide which rooms you are furnishing, approximate wall lengths and ceiling height, and your preferred style, we can prepare an indicative estimate. An exact quotation requires confirmed measurements, drawings, and specifications.
Volume arrangements may be discussed for larger projects or repeat orders. Terms are confirmed in writing and governed by the signed contract or written agreement.
Website content, FAQs, price ranges, payment examples, production timelines, shipping estimates, and warranty summaries are provided for general information only and do not amend or replace the terms of a specific order.
If there is any inconsistency, the signed contract and any mutually approved written amendment or change order will prevail, followed by the final approved quotation, drawings, specifications, material schedule, and bill of materials.
A later document will prevail only to the extent that it expressly amends an earlier document.
Nothing on this website creates a fixed price, payment schedule, delivery date, warranty period, or allocation of costs unless it is confirmed in the signed contract or other mutually approved project documents.
