Quality Control — How Every CACAR Cabinet Is Inspected

Quality isn't an afterthought — it's built into every stage of production. CACAR's three-stage quality control system, combined with German CNC precision and pre-assembly inspection, ensures your furniture arrives exactly as designed.

Stage 1: First Article Inspection (FAI)

The first piece from every production batch is fully inspected before the rest of the order proceeds. Every dimension is measured. Every finish is checked. Every hardware function is tested. Only when the first article passes does full production begin.

Stage 2: In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)

During production, our QC team performs hourly spot checks. If a dimension drifts or a finish isn't consistent, production is paused and corrected immediately — before it affects the batch.

Stage 3: Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)

Every single cabinet is pre-assembled in our factory before packaging. Doors are hung. Drawers are installed. Gaps are checked (standard: 2mm ±0.5mm). Soft-close mechanisms are tested. Only after passing 100% inspection is the cabinet disassembled for shipping.

Precision You Can Measure

  • Cutting accuracy: verified against approved project specifications
  • Edge banding: specified according to the selected panel, intended use and approved project requirements
  • Drilling: Six-sided CNC drilling center — all holes in one positioning
  • Door gaps: 2mm standard, consistent across all cabinets
  • Drawer alignment: <1mm deviation across full extension

Third-Party Inspection

We welcome independent inspection at any stage. Independent inspection can be coordinated with the client's selected inspection provider according to project requirements. We'll coordinate directly with your chosen inspection company.

Quality you can trust. Ask about our QC process for your order.
